About me and my therapy practice

I'm a Íø±¬ÃÅ-registered integrative counsellor, working with young people (16+) and adults. My approach combines person-centred and psychodynamic perspective, offering a flexible, compassionate space that is tailored to your unique needs and life experiences.

I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, while also helping you understand how past experiences and relationships may be shaping things in your day to day life. My aim is to support you in building deeper self awareness and finding new ways to move forward.

Working integratively allows me to adapt my therapy to suit you. Whether you're looking to understand yourself more deeply, process past experiences or navigate present day challenges, I provide a safe space, where you feel supported and understood.

Practice description

If you are struggling with anxiety, low self-worth, life transitions or just feeling emotionally overwhelmed, I'm here to support you. Together we'll explore what's happening for you, help you to make sense of things and have clarity.

I believe the relationship between the client and therapist is at the heart of effective therapy. Feeling truly seen, heard and accepted creates a foundation of trust and safety which allows deeper work to unfold. It's within this relationship that you can explore difficult thoughts and emotions without fear of judgement.

I see our work together as a collaborative process, in which we build connection that supports your growth, self awareness and resilience. I feel passionate about supporting others as they face life challenges and take steps towards meaningful change and self growth.
