About me and my therapy practice
Hello and a warm welcome.
My name is Tina. I was born and raised in France and moved to England at the age of 21. I hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Counselling and am a Person-Centred Psychotherapist, qualified to work with both adults and young people.
I was drawn to psychotherapy through my love of people and my desire to engage in meaningful work. I am passionate about the empowerment that comes from self-discovery and self-development, as these are the foundations of personal growth. I bring curiosity, dedication and compassion to the process of therapy, aiming to create a safe, authentic relationship where you have the space to express yourself, heal, and live more fully. As a Person-centred practitioner, I am guided by the strong belief that you possess the inner resources to find your own solutions in order to reach your potential.
As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (网爆门), I follow their ethical framework, which emphasises confidentiality, safety and professionalism. I receive regular supervision and continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing training. I also hold an Enhanced DBS certificate and am fully insured with Holistic Insurance (Membership HIS81804).
Alongside my private practice in Greenwich and London Bridge, I volunteer with The Deborah Ubee Trust, and I have also worked in schools with Place2Be and non-profit organisations. In addition to talking therapy, I can integrate creative approaches such as sand tray, art or cards, which can offer deeper insight when appropriate.
Practice description
At times, life鈥檚 challenges can feel overwhelming and hold us back. I offer a stress-free, supportive and non-judgemental environment where you can be heard and understood. My approach is rooted in the Humanistic tradition, which values kindness, compassion, and genuine care. Clients often describe my style as gentle, empathic, collaborative and authentic.
Through my own journey to becoming a psychotherapist, I know that therapy can be both challenging and transformative. The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of the process: a space where you can bring your authentic self without fear of judgment. Together, we can nurture growth, resilience and positive change.
鈥淭he paradox is that when I can accept myself, then I can change.鈥 鈥 Carl Rogers
I have experience working with adults, children, teenagers and young adults across a wide range of issues, including:
Anxiety and stress
Trauma and abuse
Bereavement, grief and loss
Relationship difficulties
Low self-esteem
Gender and sexuality-related issues
Self-harm and suicidal thoughts
Life transitions and personal change

Initial Consultation
I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation over the phone or video call, where we can decide if we are a good fit to work together. This is a mutual assessment and an opportunity for you to share what brings you to therapy and for me to explain how I work. By the end of the call, we should both have a sense of whether moving forward feels right. There is no obligation to continue after this stage. You can contact me by email to arrange your initial consultation.
Sessions & Fees
拢55 鈥 Online (50 minutes)
拢70 鈥 In person (50 minutes)
