About me and my therapy practice
I am very passionate about mental health and pursued training to become a therapist after attending therapy myself and finding it incredibly helpful. I am an Integrative Therapist - I use more than one modality of counselling depending on the needs of my client.
My practice is grounded in the belief that relational trauma requires relational healing. I believe the therapeutic relationship is essential in working together successfully and seek to provide authenticity, empathy, safety and a deep respect for each client's unique story. My therapeutic process is collaborative, compassionate and paced in a way that honours client autonomy.
