About me and my therapy practice
You are warmly invited to my counselling practice, Take the seat, where we work together to create a welcoming space where you are free to express yourself.
As a person-centred counsellor, I offer a non-judgmental, empathetic environment, where all feelings are welcomed, respected, and explored. My aim is to understand the world through your perspective and be authentically present with you throughout our work together.
With extensive experience supporting those navigating the challenges of pregnancy and baby loss, as well as fertility issues, I bring both professional knowledge and personal empathy to my practice.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer person-centred supervision for counsellors and others in the helping professions. I draw on the Seven Eyed Model and Appreciative Inquiry to create a space that is reflective, collaborative, and grounded in mutual respect.
Together, we explore your client work, therapeutic relationships, and how your practice impacts you as a person. Supervision can be enlightening, enjoyable, and sometimes challenging. We learn from our clients, from each other, and from the relationships we build.
I offer support, encouragement, and experience to help you develop your skills and confidence both as a practitioner and as someone who holds space for others.
My first session
You’ll be offered a free 30 minute online or telephone initial exploratory session. It’s a chance for us to talk about your work, get to know each other, and consider whether working together feels like the right fit.
I am a person-centred supervision who has experience working with supervisees of integrative and person-centred counselling approaches.
