My name is Alexandra, and I am an integrative therapist offering individual counselling services for adults. I provide both remote (Zoom or Teams) and in-person (Weymouth) sessions.
I have extensive experience working with clients who have faced a variety of challenges, including anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, burnout, and other life stressors. I also support clients who are seeking to understand themselves and their relationships more deeply, or who are navigating specific life transitions or challenges.
My background is in adult health and social care, and I also worked for a local agency for several years before fully moving into private practice. My academic qualifications include an undergraduate and master's degree in psychology/health psychology.

Each session lasts 50 minutes and is priced at £50.
My approach is warm and empathetic, creating a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Through counselling, you can gain valuable insights, develop coping strategies, and work towards achieving your personal goals.

I believe in fostering growth through reflective practice and empowering counsellors to provide the best possible care.
My supervisory approach is holistic, supporting you to reflect on your client work while also considering how your personal well-being and professional development are interconnected.
As a qualified supervisor, I draw on my experience as an integrative counsellor in private practice and EAP work. My background includes roles in health and social care, as well as a drug and alcohol agency. I work exclusively with adults (18+) and am qualified to provide supervision for both in-person and remote work. I am also a trainee CBT therapist (Level 5 CPCAB).
I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Counselling, an undergraduate degree in Psychology (Hons), and a Master's degree in Health Psychology. I am qualified to provide both face-to-face and remote supervision.
