About me and my therapy practice
I鈥檓 an integrative Counsellor with a passion for helping you learn, explore and manage your unwanted behaviours, understand and cope with feelings of shame, rejection and fear; and improve self-esteem/care, particularly after abuse or trauma, so you can feel empowered and inspired to make the changes you want. I believe you have the ability to heal and change.
Please call or e-mail to book a free consultation. We can discuss what you鈥檙e facing and any questions you might have. Everything is confidential, with no obligation at any time. Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, I am here to help, every step of the way.
Practice description
I invite you to ponder the phrase, 鈥淵ou only live once鈥. It would be more accurate to say, 鈥淵ou only die once鈥. This is because you live every new day, and every new day offers you fresh opportunities to re-invent your life and become your most authentic self.
I鈥檓 Sharne, a Counsellor who has helped my clients to overcome anxiety, overthinking, disconnection, depression, trauma, anger, relationship and family issues, abuse and neglect, bereavement, loneliness, addiction, low self-esteem, shame, fear, rejection, emotional abuse and more.
Difficulties like these can be unrelenting and isolating, but you don't have to face them alone. Together, we can create your space for you to be seen and heard, finding solutions within yourself, leading to healing, acceptance, forgiveness and personal development.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an Integrative Clinical Supervisor. Sometimes you may need support and other times you may need the challenge to move beyond feelings of stuck-ness. I understand, as a Counsellor myself, that the co-created and collaborative Counsellor-Supervisor relationship requires trust, which is established and built over the time we spend working together. I do not expect perfection; nor will I be perfect. My hope is that you feel able to bring your client work to our space together to explore in a way that feels safe and free from judgement.
Whether you are at the beginning of your counselling career or you are an established practitioner, I aim to offer supervision in tune with your level of understanding and experience, whilst facilitating your professional development.
Practice description
I primarily use Humanistic models with an integration of CBT, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems and Transactional Analysis. I also work as a counselling tutor, and I have a good knowledge of most counselling theories and can apply them confidently to client work. I enjoy working creatively across different mediums, including sand tray, imagery, therapy cards and art.
I work with the Seven-Eyed Model to offer a relational, process-oriented space for reflection on your practice.
