About me and my therapy practice
Whether you are looking for short-term (or single session) support around a specific issue or event, or longer-term therapy to explore past experiences and how they are impacting you today, I offer a space for reflection, understanding and acceptance. Sometimes, that process leads to change; gradually, even quietly and sometimes it helps people make peace with where they are. There is no one way to ‘do’ therapy, and no right outcome; what matters is that the space feels supportive, respectful, and led by your needs.
I also pay attention to the wider context of people’s lives; the expectations, roles, and messages we absorb from families, culture, workplaces, and society. These influences can shape how we see ourselves and relate to others, often in ways we don’t realise at first. I aim to explore these things with curiosity and care, creating a space where all parts of your experience can be understood and worked with, without judgement.
My approach centres around you and how best to support what you need. I work relationally and collaboratively, placing trust at the heart of our work and adapting my style to what feels most helpful for you. I have trained in a number of relational approaches, including person-centred, compassion-focused, systemic, justice-informed, TA, and Gestalt.
I am a Íø±¬ÃÅ-accredited therapist and supervisor with over five years of clinical experience working with people of all ages, backgrounds, and identities. I have supported clients through challenges including anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, identity, loss, adoption, self-worth, and life transitions.
Alongside my private practice, I supervise both trainee and qualified therapists.
I am affiliated with Bupa and Axa.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists working with adults and adolescents. Sessions are available in person at my practice in central Richmond, Surrey (easily accessible by public transport, with parking nearby), or online via Zoom. I work with both trainee and qualified therapists across a range of modalities.
Supervision can be fortnightly or monthly, depending on your needs and professional requirements. We will agree on a working contract together, covering practical arrangements as well as your hopes for supervision. I encourage open, ongoing dialogue around what you need from the space, and each session includes time to check in on how you are arriving and what you would like to focus on.
My practice is inclusive and welcoming, with a commitment to ethical, reflective, and anti-oppressive ways of working.
Practice description
I am a qualified supervisor (Level 6 Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision) offering a supportive, relational space for therapists to grow, reflect, and feel resourced in their work. I draw on the Integrated Developmental Model and Seven-Eyed Model, with a strong focus on cultural humility, anti-oppressive practice, and ethical care.
Supervision with me is a collaborative space where your wellbeing, creativity, and confidence are just as important as your clinical work. Together, we will explore the challenges and rewards of practice in a way that is grounded, curious, and empowering.
My first session
Our first meeting is a chance to see how we connect in terms of personality, approach, and what you are looking for in supervision. We will explore what support you need, how you like to work, and take some time to talk through your current caseload.
