About me and my therapy practice

I am a warm and friendly 网爆门 registered and qualified counsellor. I have a degree in Integrative-Relational Counselling and am trauma informed.

I work with adults from the age of 18 upwards. I am passionate about helping individuals move from overwhelm and stuckness towards balance and fulfilment. My specialisms are anxiety, ADHD, Autism and eating disorders/disordered eating (anorexia, bulimia, emotional/binge eating disorder, body image).

Practice description

You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed and unsure of where to turn or you may know the changes you need to make but feel unable to act. Perhaps your are struggling in your relationship with food and your body or trying to navigate life with ADHD, Autism or Dyslexia. I can help you with all of these and many other issues.

I know how daunting it can be to reach out for help but also how ultimately healing this process can be. Together we can begin to explore what brings you to counselling and begin to find a way forwards. My first session

I offer a 30 minute online initial consultation for 拢25 this is an opportunity for us to meet, for me to find out a bit more about what brings you to counselling at this time and for us to establish whether we are a good fit to work together

Further sessions are 50 minutes and cost 拢50
