About me and my therapy practice

I work with heart-led people who have experienced grief, loss, change and relational trauma - experiences that can leave you feeling disconnected from others, overwhelmed or unsure how to keep going

Do you find yourself:

  • Feeling as if you're just going through the motions?
  • Living a life that changed in a way you didn't choose and are unsure how to live with?
  • Unrecognisable from the person you once were?
  • Struggling to say no?
  • Always putting others first?
  • Finding it hard to connect with or express how you feel?
  • No longer finding joy or meaning in things you used to enjoy?
  • Struggling with routine but unable to relax?

If this resonates with you, you may be stuck in survival mode. When earlier life experiences remain unresolved, they can be reactivated by later losses, adding layers of anxiety, frustration and distress.

We might be a good fit, if you are:

  • Feeling emotionally and physically drained, no matter how much rest you get.
  • Frequently forgetful or scattered.
  • Experiencing anger you can't contain.
  • Struggling in relationships - whether with a partner, friend or family.
  • Feeling ambivalent towards life.
  • Unmotivated, unproductive or overwhelmed.
  • Hiding your true feelings from others.

Feeling sad, angry, anxious and overwhelmed is a normal response to life's painful experiences but you don't have to carry this alone

My Specialisms

Grief, Loss & Change - Grief isn't just something we experience after a death. It also shows up after a break-up, a career shift, a change in identity or circumstances, abortion or termination for medical reasons - to name just a few.

Childhood Emotional Neglect - Not having your emotional needs met as a child is a hidden trauma. It often shows up in adulthood as anxiety, low self-esteem, depression or people-pleasing. I can help you recognise this form of relational trauma and support you through grieving the relationships you needed but didn't have.

Whatever your experience, I will meet you where you are at, without judgement, suggestions, advice or platitudes.

Practice description

I use a relational, mind-body approach, tailoring our work to suit your needs

Together, we can:
