About me and my therapy practice
I believe in working in close alliance with clients by creating a safe, steady, and non-judgemental relationship. I know how difficult it can be to reach out for help, and I’ll always aim to make you feel as comfortable as possible from the beginning.
My core training is in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, which means we may explore how early experiences and relationships shape how you feel and relate today. I believe healing and growth often happen when we can look at our stories with compassion, in a space where we feel truly heard and understood.
While my foundation is psychodynamic, I also draw on other approaches where necessary — including trauma-informed work, body-based awareness, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) — depending on what feels most helpful for you. I pay attention to what’s happening in the present, both inside you and between us, as a way of understanding deeper patterns.
You don’t need to have the right words — just a willingness to begin. I welcome the parts of you that feel stuck, overwhelmed, ashamed or unsure. All of you is welcome in the room.
I work in person in Brighton and online across the UK. Our work can be short or long term, always at a pace that feels safe. I practise with care, emotional depth, cultural awareness and ongoing supervision.
Practice description
You can expect a down-to-earth, honest and warm approach. I’ll meet you as you are, and we’ll work together at a pace that feels safe for you.
My way of working is relational and psychodynamic, which means we’ll explore how past experiences may be affecting how you feel, relate, and cope today. I’m also trauma-informed and body-aware — paying attention to both words and what’s felt in the body.
Clients often come to me with anxiety, low self-worth, grief, early trauma or stuck relationship patterns. You don’t need to have it all figured out — we can make sense of things together.
I welcome people from all backgrounds and offer a space where difference is respected. I work in person in Brighton and online across the UK. I’m a registered member of the Íø±¬ÃÅ and work with care, depth and integrity.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute consultation to give you the chance to ask any questions and get a feel for how we might work together.
If we both feel it’s a good fit, I offer weekly 50-minute sessions at a time that suits us both.
I hope to hear from you soon.

About me and my therapy practice
Therapy is a collaborative process, and I refuse to position myself as an all-knowing authority in your life. Only you can truly understand your own unique experience—what it has been like for you, and what it is like in the present.
My aim is to help you feel as comfortable as possible, so that we may work together in order that your current experiencing of life changes for the better, in what ever that may look like.
I pride myself on being down-to-earth and approachable. I am not easily shocked or surprised by the challenges life can bring, and how we may have learned to cope with them.
Practice description
I offer insight into how past patterns and behaviours, which may have been helpful at one time, may no longer serve you in the same way now.
I employ other therapeutic techniques , (Based on each individual client),such as CBT, DBT, and TA.
I have experience of working with clients from many different walks of life, all with difficulties, that have naturally and understandably affected them in various ways.

I offer a 30 minute consultation free of charge.
This offers a opportunity for us to explore your difficulties and address any questions you may have.
You will be under no obligation to begin therapy after the consultation.
