About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I鈥檓 Claire 鈥 a 网爆门 accredited and registered psychotherapist. I鈥檝e worked in NHS, IAPT, community healthcare, and private practice. 

I offer a calm, supportive online space where I work collaboratively with clients, using proven Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) tools and techniques to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. We work in the 'here and now' to help you to manage your issues, but there is also space to acknowledge and work with what you are experiencing on a deeper holistic level.

Therapy isn鈥檛 one-size-fits-all, and I enjoy getting to know each client as an individual and integrate person-centred, compassion-focused, narrative, creative, and mindfulness-based approaches to suit your needs.

Everything is confidential, and I work with a highly experienced clinical supervisor to ensure our work is ethical, effective, and focused on your wellbeing. 

You can choose short- or longer-term sessions, and there鈥檚 space to go at your own pace as we build practical strategies to help you move forward in ways that feel meaningful and manageable.

Practice description

All of my sessions are Online via video call (Zoom/GoogleMeet/WhatsApp). This keeps sessions more affordable and accessible.

My first session

I offer a FREE 15 min chat for anyone looking for therapy. To ask questions, outline what鈥檚 bringing you to therapy, and see if I might be the right fit for you (via phone call or WhatsApp video call).

Initial consultation sessions (拢48): A chance to get to know each other, explore your current life and background, and talk about what you鈥檇 like from therapy. We may also try a short exercise if we have time.

Regular therapy sessions: (Daytimes: 拢58/After 5pm: 拢65/After 6pm (limited): 拢75): Regular sessions can be short-term (8鈥20 sessions) to work on a specific issue or goal, or longer-term to explore deeper issues or ongoing life challenges.I shall create a treatment plan with you and we review progress together regularly, so your therapy stays focused and collaborative.
