About me and my therapy practice
Many of my clients describe feeling disconnected from themselves. Therapy is where we begin gently reconnecting. In our sessions we’ll work together to understand your patterns, calm your nervous system, and build new ways of relating to yourself – gently and at your pace.
You may have developed ways of getting through that made sense at the time – maybe by staying busy, people pleasing or shutting down when it all feels too much
I work with Adults, Couples and Teenagers facing various challenges, offering warm person centred therapy both in person in North London N3 and NW11 or through secure online sessions.
As a Íø±¬ÃÅ Registered Counsellor, Accredited by NCPS I have many years experience, I’m here to work alongside you in whatever way feels most comfortable
It was my own experience of therapies, most types, that led me to where I am now. I suffered a major Life Changing accident 14 years ago and underwent short and long term therapy, covering Psychodynamic, Person Centred and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I had them all to help deal with extreme PTSD and resulting Depression. Counselling, was for me, a life saver and now I wish to pass this onto others
If you are unsure whether therapy is for you then why not book a chat and we can discuss in more detail how I may help you or if you are ready to arrange your first session, please email me directly at nick@cbtcounsellor.com or call my direct line – 07973 426153. I look forward to hearing from you and helping you live the best life you can
