The constant overthinking, the sense of always being on edge, and the struggle to stay present with your family, friends, or work—it’s exhausting, frightening, and isolating.

I understand, because I’ve been there too. That’s why I’m passionate about helping people break free from the relentless cycle of anxiety—so you can feel less afraid of the fear itself, uncover why it’s there, and finally stop it from controlling your life


What I Can Help With

  • The fear of anxiety itself – panic about panic, fear of losing control, or constant dread
  • Physical symptoms of anxiety – racing heart, muscle tension, breathlessness, nausea.
  • Racing thoughts and overthinking – spiralling into "what if" scenarios
  • Avoidance – of people, places, or situations that might trigger anxiety
  • Low self-trust and low self-esteem – second-guessing your decisions or doubting yourself
  • Emotional overwhelm – feeling unable to ‘cope’
  • Being more present - with family, friends, and work
  • Space to stop pretending - where your fears wont be judged (no matter how 'silly' they seem to you

How I Work

I offer a space where you don’t have to pretend or push through. Together, we’ll gently explore:

• What’s behind the anxiety - the unmet needs, fears, or experiences that may be fuelling it

• How to break the cycle of the fear of fear, so anxiety doesn’t feel so powerful anymore

• Practical ways to calm your nervous system and reconnect with a sense of control

• How to build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with yourself


My work is integrative, person centred, and rooted in deep empathy. Whether you’ve had therapy before or this is your first time, you’ll be met with kindness and honesty- no pressure, no judgement.

Next Steps

I offer in-person (From my cosy garden therapy room in Eagle Farm South - Milton Keynes - Free parking) and online counselling sessions in for adults via zoom (One to one, 18+).

My fee is £70 and is due in advance of each session.

If you are interested in counselling you can book in for a free short intro call (5-10mins) with me where we can have a chat and I can find out a little more about you.

Following the call if you would like to explore working with me we can get you booked in for a consultation session (fee is £70). This session provides the opportunity for me to get to know you in a bit more detail and for you to ask any questions so we can decide if we will be a good fit. If so, we can then get you booked in for regular sessions.

My first session

During the first session we will go through your client intake form and I will ask a few more questions to get to know you a little better. There will also be an opportunity for you to ask me anything you would like.

From there, if we decide that we will be a good fit, we can get you booked in for regular counselling sessions.
