Children, Young People & Adult Therapist
As a therapist working with children, young people and adults, I specialize in a neuro-led, integrative approach to therapy. This means I combine a range of therapeutic methods, including Person-Centred Therapy, CBT and Psychodynamic techniques, with a strong focus on understanding how the brain and nervous system impact our emotions and behaviours.
If you're facing challenges like anxiety, trauma, stress or other emotional difficulties, my approach helps you explore the root causes of these struggles. Together, we’ll work to understand how your brain and body respond to stress and use proven strategies to shift these patterns, helping you feel more grounded and in control.

Integrative, Neuro-Led & Movement Therapy
In my practice, I offer an integrative therapeutic approach that combines traditional talk therapy with a deep understanding of how the brain, body and nervous system work together. I believe that true healing involves not only exploring the mind but also addressing how we physically experience and respond to emotions, stress and trauma.
My work is neuro-led, meaning I focus on how your brain and nervous system influence your thoughts, behaviours and emotional responses. I draw on techniques like Somatic Therapy, CBT and Sensorimotor Therapy, all tailored to your unique needs.
In addition to these approaches, I also incorporate movement, recognizing the powerful connection between the body and mind. Movement can help release emotional tension, improve self-awareness and create a greater sense of calm and control. Together, we’ll explore how movement, along with therapeutic conversation, can support your healing and personal growth.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together to bring balance and understanding to your life.
