Have you lost yourself in relationships? Do you feel like you are walking on eggshells, trying not to lash out, or people pleasing? This can feel very painful, and it’s a common experience. Unfortunately, many people learn to betray themselves in relationships. This can lead to poor self-esteem, insecurities and emptiness, which can cause more anxiety.

I combine effective therapies called Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotionally-focused therapy (EFIT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Inner Child Therapy. It helps you to understand yourself and have happier relationships. We’ll work through your patterns, heal emotional wounds and I’ll help you learn new ways of coping. Individuals who complete this process often come out seeing themselves differently. Not only will you develop new emotional skills, but you’ll feel more secure within yourself and valued within your relationships.

My first session

My aim is to create a sanctuary where you can fully be yourself. I’m warm and empathic yet know when to gently challenge you, so you can grow. As a psychotherapist and holistic practitioner, I’ve worked with many individuals struggling with emotional and relational issues. My passion is helping individuals to find themselves again, so they can feel more fully alive within themselves and within their relationships.
