About me and my therapy practice
I’m a qualified person-centred therapist, offering a safe space for you to talk about what’s going on in your life, and helping you to make sense of it.
You may be feeling overwhelmed or confused about an area of your life, and feel the need to get to the bottom of why you’re feeling this way. By allowing you the space to talk and using counselling techniques, I aim to help you alleviate stress, confusion, anxiety, or feelings of isolation and loneliness.
I can help you by giving you a safe, non-judgemental space to talk about what's happening for you just now.
As a person-centred counsellor, I will listen to you carefully as you explore your feelings, beliefs, and behaviour, and offer insight, so that, together, we alleviate any confusion, stress, anxiety or depression that you may be dealing with. The belief is that you are the expert on yourself, and I will facilitate you in finding your own answers.
You can decide how long you wish to continue sessions for, and most clients have them on a weekly, or fortnightly basis.
