The cost per session for individual counselling is £60. I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee sessions at £45, as part of my commitment to ethical and inclusive practice. These lower-cost sessions are intended for those who may otherwise find the standard fee a barrier to accessing support.

About me and my therapy practice
I work online, informed by my integrative training (person-centred, transactional analysis, gestalt, and cognitive behavioural therapy), incorporating the theory and skills that are relevant to each person I see as your journey unfolds. Our relationship is a powerful therapeutic tool - so I adapt to your story and therapeutic goals. I love working alongside my clients as I believe that YOU are the expert on yourself. I am trauma informed, intersectional, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I promote the independence and autonomy of my clients and want you to get to a place where you feel confident to go it alone.
Practice description
I recommend at least starting with weekly sessions (which are 50 minutes long) so that we can build our therapeutic relationship and I can get to know your story and what you're struggling with. We will usually have our sessions on the same day and time each week, though some clients move to longer intervals - like fortnightly - as therapy comes to an end.
I often see clients who want understand themselves better, improve their confidence, improve their relationships, or process difficult experiences.
I am particularly passionate about working with women, survivors of sexual violence, trainee counsellors, expats, and adults who were "gifted kids". These are not exclusive areas that I work with.
My first session
I offer a free initial consultation which lasts on average 15 minutes, though I set aside up to 30 minutes. In this session I want to get an understanding of what's led you to seek therapy now, what you're hoping to get from our sessions, and anything you're already doing to look after your mental health. You're also welcome to ask me whatever you need to figure out whether I'm the right therapist for you. I know a strong therapeutic alliance is essential for great therapy to take place, so I want you to feel confident when you leave our first meeting. I always pencil in a first session, so you know that your space is reserved, but I recommend giving yourself time to process what it was like to chat with me before you make the decision.

Availability
I offer supervision sessions on weekdays —please get in touch for my most up-to-date availability.
Supervision sessions are 90 minutes long and usually held once a month at the same time. Please contact me to discuss other arrangements.
The cost per session for supervision is £75. I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee sessions at £60 as part of my commitment to ethical and inclusive practice. These lower-cost sessions are intended for those would be unable to access supervision otherwise and counselling students. Reduced-fee sessions are subject to availability, so feel free to contact me for more information.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer online supervision, informed by my integrative training in person-centred therapy, transactional analysis, gestalt, and cognitive behavioural therapy. I draw on a range of theories and approaches depending on what best supports you in your development as a practitioner. I see the supervisory relationship as a collaborative and reflective space—one where your professional identity, challenges, and growth can unfold safely and authentically. I aim to work alongside you, respecting that you are the expert on your own practice. We look together at what it is you want to focus on.
My supervision - like my counselling work - is trauma-informed, intersectional, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I support supervisees in developing confidence, ethical autonomy, and reflective capacity, with the goal of strengthening both your clinical work and professional resilience.
Your supervision sessions are a safe space to reflect on your clinical work, develop new skills, and ensure safe and ethical practice. Together, we’ll explore cases, navigate challenges, and gain fresh perspectives to support your growth.
Practice description
We will usually have our session once a month at the same time, though I am available between sessions for those urgent concerns. This is especially important to me in my work with students as I know how much we can question ourselves and our professional judgement as we learn our new identity as counsellors.
My approach is grounded in practical, relational experience. I bring a strong focus to working directly with client concerns, with particular attention to power dynamics, ethical practice, and the realities of therapeutic work.
My first session
I offer a free initial consultation which lasts on average 15 minutes, though I set aside up to 30 minutes. In this session I want to get an understanding of where you're at in your practice, what you're looking to get from supervision and how I can best support you in our sessions. You're also welcome to ask me whatever you need to figure out whether I'm the right supervisor for you. I know a strong therapeutic alliance and trust is essential for great supervision to take place, so I want you to feel confident when you leave our first meeting. I always pencil in a first session, so you know that your space is reserved, but I recommend giving yourself time to process what it was like to chat with me before you make the decision.
