I also have specialist experience in working with neurodiversity and adults with autism.

Practice description

As an Integrative Counsellor, my approach integrates aspects of person-centred therapy with an understanding of the link between our past attachments and how we are in the present.

Counselling is a collaborative process. I will ask some questions and listen with care to what is going on for you, and encourage you to reflect on thoughts and feelings, gently challenging unhelpful patterns.

About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced integrative counsellor, offering therapy for adults. I work in person from therapy rooms in Frome, and online.

I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, identity issues, loss, work related stress, and relationship difficulties. My approach is integrative in that it draws on a range of therapeutic models to suit your particular needs. As well as offering short-term solution based work, I work with clients on the impact of early relational disruptions. Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, relationships are painful, and earlier patterns are repeated. These difficult feeling can appear as anxiety, depression, or difficulties with food, alcohol, or relationships. I offer a supportive and accepting environment where we can explore these challenges with compassion and insight.

I also have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent adults, including those diagnosed or identifying with autism and ADHD. Whether you're seeking understanding or help navigating your place in the world, relationships, burnout, anxiety, grounding and regulation techniques, or communication challenges—I offer therapy that validates and supports who you are.

Practice description
