About me and my therapy practice
Life is ten percent what you experience and ninety percent how you respond to it. Starting counselling can be a bit scary, but living with unresolved problems is probably much worse. I believe that conditions such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and codependency signal that something is preventing us from thriving. Embarking on the journey of counselling can feel daunting, especially when grappling with conditions like Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and the complexities of family issues and trauma. Yet living with unresolved challenges can often feel challenging.
Sometimes you have to let go of the picture of what you thought life would be like and learn to find joy in the story you are actually living. Through my therapy and business career, I've experienced a few of life's twists and turns. I apply this in my daily counselling practice to help others develop, overcome challenges, and find their way.

Yet, living with unresolved challenges can often feel even more overwhelming. It takes courage to confront these issues head-on, but it's a crucial step toward healing and growth.
Recognising something in your life that you want to change is the most crucial step. I offer safe, confidential online sessions in Edinburgh.
Practice description
Through my therapy and business career, I've experienced a few of life's twists and turns. I apply this in my daily counselling practice to help others develop, overcome challenges, and find their way.
Having encountered many people and situations, very little surprises me, and I approach every client with an open mind. I've helped sportspeople with anxiety and high-performing individuals in business and music in their personal and professional lives. I also work with university students and have helped them navigate the ups and downs of university life.
Every counselling relationship is unique, and I value each client's individuality when working together. My objective is to empower people to grow safely, simply, and practically. Whether you need short-term, long-term, or open-ended support, I am here to help.
Together, we will set clear boundaries, explore past and present issues impacting your life, and discover a path to move forward.
I am currently accepting new clients but please note that my availability is limited during evenings and weekends due to high demand. I will do my best to accommodate you so please do continue to reach out if you are interested in my services.
My first session
All therapy sessions take place online via Zoom, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own home, no matter where you are in the UK.
Zoom is a secure and reliable video platform, and your confidentiality is a top priority. Sessions are never recorded, and all conversations are protected using end-to-end encryption. You’ll receive a private Zoom link before each session, and only you and I will have access to the call.
I recommend choosing a quiet, private space where you feel safe and at ease during your sessions. Online therapy offers the same depth, care and professionalism as in-person work, while giving you the convenience and flexibility to access support in a way that fits your life.
If you have any questions about how online therapy works or what to expect, I’m happy to talk you through it.
