About me and my therapy practice

Feeling lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected â€” from yourself, from others, or from the life you hoped to lead? You could be facing challenges like anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, loss, or simply feeling stuck. Whatever you’re up against, you don’t have to struggle alone.

Therapy with me offers a space for you to talk openly, and work through what’s hardest, without judgment. Here, you’ll be respected as a whole person, not seen as a puzzle to be solved.

What you can expect

  • A respectful, supportive relationship founded on mutual respect, warmth, and genuine curiosity about who you are and what matters most to you.
  • I value your lived experience, choices, and how you make meaning in your world. Therapy with me is tailored to your individual perspective, not based on labels or rigid categories.
  • Understanding and expertise: I support clients with a wide range of issues—including anxiety, sadness, anger, family challenges, coming to terms with trauma or abuse, bereavement, addictions, phobias, and self-esteem struggles. I value your uniqueness.
  • My role is to be alongside you, offering clarity and support as you explore, reflect, and make choices.
  • Transparent, fair fees. Daytime appointments £49, evening sessions £54, and there’s a £39 concession rate. Sessions are full hour length, not 50 minutes.
