About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes it’s hard to talk openly with friends or family, and you may feel trapped in your thoughts or emotions. I offer a safe, confidential space where we can explore what’s going on for you, help you make sense of your experience, and find new ways to understand and move forward.
I’m an integrative therapist, drawing from both person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. This means we’ll work together at your pace, exploring your present challenges while also considering how past experiences may be influencing your current patterns.
Over the years, I’ve supported clients with a wide range of issues, including:
Anxiety – a persistent sense that something is wrong or about to go wrong, even when nothing obvious is happening.
Depression – struggling to find motivation, or feeling like life has lost its colour and meaning.
Relationship difficulties – sensing that something isn’t quite working in your connection with others, whether in romantic, family, or social relationships.
Low self-esteem – feeling like you’re not good enough or constantly doubting your worth.
Trauma – feeling changed or unsettled in the aftermath of an experience that left a deep mark.
I also have experience working with neurodivergent clients, including those who self-identify as neurodivergent or feel a strong connection to neurodiversity. I’ve worked with many clients with ADHD, helping them navigate challenges such as feeling overwhelmed, regulating emotions, and managing relationship dynamics.
While labels can help make sense of your experience, I believe therapy should treat you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your unique needs.

My first session
I offer a free 25-minute consultation as a way to make sure that counselling with me is the best fit for you. I will be there to answer any questions you may have about how I work and give you an idea as to how counselling with me would feel like.
