About me and my therapy practice
Life doesn’t always go as planned. Whether you’re navigating a major life change, feeling stuck in a familiar pattern, or simply struggling to understand what’s going on beneath the surface, you don’t have to go through it alone.
I’m a qualified integrative therapist and I offer a warm, supportive space to help you find your way forward. Together, we can explore what’s happening in your life and start making sense of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
Throughout my many years of experience, I have worked within the GP Clusters throughout Swansea. As well as working with different charities which include ones that focus on navigating long term health conditions, bereavement and suicide bereavement.
Therapy can be a place to pause, to breathe, and to reconnect, especially during times of change or uncertainty. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, lost, or simply curious about starting therapy, I’m here to support you.
Practice description
Making contact with a counsellor is the first step towards positive change.
I will offer you a secure, non judgemental and confidential space, where you will always feel welcome and respected.
I put huge importance on our therapeutic relationship, because if you don't feel comfortable with me, I will not see the parts of you that hurt the most.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches, which means I can tailor our work to suit you as a unique individual. Whether we’re exploring past experiences, current challenges, or your hopes for the future, we’ll work in a way that feels right for you.
I am currently offering face to face sessions in Swansea.
Online sessions available and telephone counselling.
