About me and my therapy practice

You may be feeling down, unmotivated, anxious, angry or misunderstood, needing a safe, impartial space to work through what's troubling you or holding you back to find a clearer perspective on behaviour patterns, core beliefs and coping mechanisms that no longer serve you. Balancing nurture that is reparative and challenge that is transformative, I will guide you in your process to reflect deeply on your concerns and gain insight into your subconscious drives to discover the change and growth that will enable you to re-write your story to move forward as your authentic self in your life and your relationships.

Evidence-based Integrative, Relational therapist & certified Emotionally Focussed Couples Therapist. I wisely & constructively challenge biases, towards self and others, engrained in beliefs, habits and defences that contribute to painful and sabotaging relationship patterns which leave you feeling disconnected, frustrated, misunderstood & unloved.

Trauma-informed in anxiety, burnout, bereavement, break-ups, neurodivergence, non-traditional relationships, infidelity, psychosexual issues, compulsive behaviour, imposter syndrome & perfectionism, I use relational coaching insights to promote a healthy balance of self-acceptance with actionable change in relationships and personal growth.

Practice description

I work online via Zoom and in-person at Alpha House, 100 Borough High Street, London Bridge, SE1 1LB  

Couples sessions are £120 / 50 mins

I reserve some low-cost spaces for lower income clients. 

My first session

In our first session you'll share your concerns, what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain. We'll look at ways to explore your conscious and unconscious drives to gain a clearer perspective and insight into patterns of behaviour or coping mechanisms that no longer serve you so you can make the changes you need to make to move forward towards a place of growth and resilience. 

A good therapeutic relationship is crucial so we'll decide together if we're the right fit for your particular needs. We'll usually agree to six sessions and then review our work to see if and how we move forward with your process of growth and healing.
