About me and my therapy practice

About me

Hello, I’m Katy — thank you for visiting my page.

Reaching out for support takes courage. You might be feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and begin to make meaningful changes — at your own pace and in your own way.

How I work

I offer a warm, non-judgemental and collaborative space where you can explore what’s troubling you and reconnect with yourself.

My approach is person-centred, which means our sessions will focus on what feels most important to you. Together we can explore the patterns or experiences that may be keeping you stuck and find ways to move towards greater ease, confidence and self-understanding.

Creativity is central to my practice. Drawing on my background in the arts, I sometimes invite creative expression — such as drawing or writing — as another way to process difficult emotions and experiences. This can be especially helpful when words feel hard to find.

Who I work with

I work with adults, children and young people, offering online sessions across the UK.

Alongside general counselling, I have particular experience supporting:

• Anxiety, depression and low self-esteem

• Neurodivergent clients (ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia)

• Trauma, abuse and loss

• Identity, sexuality and relationship issues

•Those navigating fertility or IVF journeys

•Pregnancy loss

What to expect

Our sessions are a safe, confidential space where you can talk freely and be fully heard — without pressure or judgment. You set the pace.

Therapy can help you strengthen your resilience, reconnect with others and find more effective ways to cope and care for yourself.

I currently offer online therapy only, making therapy accessible wherever you feel most at ease.
