About me and my therapy practice

I'm an Integrative Therapist of mixed heritage with over a decade of experience supporting people of all ages through a wide range of mental health challenges. I work in person in E17, Walthamstow, London and online.

My professional journey spans working in NHS and community services, including areas like addiction, psychosis, crisis intervention, anxiety, depression, stress and relationship difficulties. No issue is too big or too small—my therapeutic approach is always compassionate, adaptable, and client-centred.

I bring a deep, lived understanding of identity, culture, and the importance of culturally sensitive therapy. This is not just a value I hold - it’s woven into the very foundation of my practice.

My Approach

I work in a integrative/pluralistic way, which means I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies to tailor each session to your unique needs and not the other way around. My training includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Existential Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, identity struggles, cultural transitions, relationship issues, or simply feeling stuck, I will provide a safe, engaging, and dynamic space for reflection and growth.

Special Interests

I have a particular interest in mixed-race and cross-cultural identity, life transitions and belonging, relationship difficulties, and stress, anxiety, and burnout.
