About me and my therapy practice

Íø±¬ÃÅ

Welcome

I’m a Humanistic Counsellor and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can feel truly heard and supported.

I work with both individuals and couples, offering a nurturing environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, or a sense of disconnection, you are welcome just as you are.

My approach combines Humanistic Counselling with Somatic Experiencing®, both grounded in a trauma-informed perspective. This means I pay close attention not only to your thoughts and emotions but also to your body’s wisdom—how past experiences may be held physically, and how they can gently be released over time.

I believe healing happens in relationship—when you feel safe, seen, and supported. Through empathy and collaboration, we work together to understand what’s been holding you back and begin to restore your sense of connection, balance, and inner strength.

You don’t have to go through this alone. With the right support, healing is possible—and you can find your way back to a more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling life.

Practice description

A Compassionate Space for Exploration and Growth

At the heart of my practice is a deep commitment to kindness, non-judgement, and respect for each individual’s unique journey. I offer a calm, confidential, and supportive space where you can begin to make sense of what’s going on in your life—whether you're feeling anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking greater self-understanding.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and non-directive. I won’t give you answers or advice, but I will offer you the time, space, and presence to explore your thoughts and emotions safely and at your own pace. Together, we can gently uncover patterns, process difficult experiences, and support the emergence of new perspectives and possibilities.

I welcome clients for both short-term therapy focused on a particular issue, and open-ended, long-term work for deeper healing and personal growth.

My practice is inclusive and affirming of all identities. I warmly welcome people of all genders, sexualities, relationship styles, and cultural backgrounds. You’ll find a space where you are respected, supported, and free to bring your full self.

Sessions are available:

– Online via Zoom, offering flexibility and comfort from your own space

– In person in peaceful clinic rooms in Brighton and Hove

If you're considering therapy, I invite you to get in touch. I’m happy to answer any questions or arrange an initial session to see whether working together feels right for you.

At the Heart of My Practice

Kindness and non-judgement are the foundations of my work. I’m here to offer you a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you can feel truly heard—just as you are. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, navigating life transitions, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I offer a calm and steady presence to accompany you on your journey.

My approach is intentionally non-directive and collaborative. This means I will not tell you what to do or how to feel, but instead, I’ll support you in exploring your own thoughts, emotions, and patterns at a pace that feels right for you. I believe that meaningful change comes from within—and that given the right conditions, each person has the capacity to heal, grow, and reconnect with their inner strength and clarity.

I offer both short-term counselling focused on specific challenges and longer-term, open-ended therapy for deeper exploration and personal growth.

My practice is fully inclusive. I warmly welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, and relationship styles, and I am committed to affirming and celebrating diversity in gender, sexuality, and lived experience. You’ll find a space where your uniqueness is respected and valued.
