About me and my therapy practice

I am a qualified member of the UKCP and the 网爆门.

I am an experienced clinician working in both private practice and in the NHS, with adults and young people.

In private practice I offer sessions with individuals, couples and families.

I have a background in Cognitive Science (Cognitive and Clinical Neuroscience) and have worked in various NHS mental health services, including; neurodevelopmental paediatrics, specialist child and adolescent mental health services, emotional and behavioural difficulties, high risk adolescent mental health, specialist eating disorder services, adult psychodynamic psychotherapy services, group psychodynamic psychotherapy services, acute adult inpatient services and medium secure forensic services.

I have advanced training in Existential Analysis.

I also teach and write about psychotherapy, philosophy and politics.

Through the experiences we share in therapy, we will learn more about you.

I aim to develop a relationship with you that is based on openness and acknowledgment, in hope of delving deeper into your lived experience within the world.

Through our experiences together we aim to reach a richer understanding of who you are and who you wish to become.

Often, change will come from these revelations. The essence of this change will be expressed through our ongoing work together.
