I am currently taking on new clients - in-person in London on Tuesdays, and online at other times during the week.
About me and my therapy practice
As a former technology executive turned Psychosynthesis Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I bring unique insight to the intersection of corporate achievement and psychological depth. My approach combines two decades of executive leadership experience with advanced therapeutic training, specializing in working with high-performing professionals navigating complex organizational dynamics, burnout, and transformative change.
While I maintain a select community practice, my primary focus is depth psychological work with executives and leaders. My methodology goes beyond traditional therapy to integrate somatic awareness, organisational dynamics, and leadership psychology. Having personally navigated the challenges of C-suite environments across multiple continents and industries, I understand firsthand the complex interplay between corporate power structures, personal identity, and psychological wellbeing.
My practice offers a sophisticated framework for executives seeking to transform professional challenges into opportunities for deeper understanding and sustainable leadership. Drawing from both my MBA and advanced psychological training, I help leaders recognise how their analytical strengths can become powerful tools for personal insight rather than sources of self-critique.
Sessions provide a confidential space where the unique pressures of executive life can be explored and transformed, moving beyond surface-level stress management to address the deeper patterns that shape professional and personal fulfilment.
Practice description
My practice provides both scheduled weekly sessions and flexible containers designed for executive schedules. Sessions are available in-person in London (Tuesdays) and Margate, as well as globally via secure online platforms.
I work with executives and leaders through both immediate crisis points and longer transformative journeys. Sessions integrate evidence-based approaches including Psychosynthesis, Somatic Experiencing, and elements of Jungian depth psychology, creating a sophisticated framework that honors both analytical thinking and embodied wisdom.
Clients can expect a direct, strategic approach that respects their professional expertise while opening new perspectives on leadership, identity, and purpose. I maintain strong professional boundaries and understand the paramount importance of confidentiality for leaders in high-stakes positions.
While my executive depth work forms the core of my practice, I maintain a select community practice, including LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy, reflecting my commitment to diverse perspectives and experiences in psychological work.
My first session
I offer an initial one-hour executive consultation at a reduced rate, designed to assess fit and align objectives. This extended first meeting allows us to explore your specific challenges and determine the most effective therapeutic approach for your situation.
Prior to our first meeting, you'll receive a comprehensive onboarding package including practice protocols and engagement framework. This allows us to maximize our time together focusing on your specific needs rather than administrative details.
The initial consultation serves as an in-depth strategic assessment, exploring both immediate concerns and longer-term transformation goals. Drawing on my executive background, I understand the importance of clear outcomes and measurable progress while maintaining therapeutic depth.
We typically begin with a 6-session initial engagement, followed by a strategic review to ensure alignment with your objectives. This structure provides both containment and flexibility, respecting the demands of executive schedules while maintaining the consistency needed for meaningful psychological work. While significant insights often emerge in these initial sessions, meaningful depth psychological work tends to unfold over a longer term, allowing for sustained transformation and integration of both professional and personal growth.

About me and my therapy practice
I'm a Psychosynthesis Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling and a Trainee Analyst in Jungian Psychoanalysis, practicing online and in Margate and London. I specialise in working with women and LGBTQIA+ individuals, addressing anxiety and depression, sexuality and relationships, trauma, career paths, self-esteem, and body image.
Unlike conventional therapies that focus primarily on problems, Psychosynthesis and Depth approaches offer something distinctive: we explore not just "what's wrong" but discover who you truly are and your full potential. This transformative method goes beyond symptom relief to facilitate genuine self-realisation and meaning-making.
I provide a compassionate, empathic environment where you can creatively explore both difficulties and aspirations. My aim is to guide you to connect with your innate health and authentic self, helping you become all you're capable of being.
Drawing from my somatic training, I integrate body awareness with exploration of thoughts, feelings, imagination, and spirit. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs, incorporating creative therapies, guided imagery, mindfulness, journaling, and embodied techniques.
This depth-oriented approach addresses the whole person鈥攜our past patterns, present experience, and future possibilities鈥攃reating lasting transformation rather than temporary fixes. Together, we'll navigate your journey toward greater awareness, emotional balance, and authentic freedom.
Practice description
I create a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, and collaborative therapeutic space where you can slow down, reconnect with your inner resources, and authentically explore your story. Together, we'll explore practical tools to calm, protect, and nurture yourself while developing a deeper understanding of how your past experiences connect to present symptoms, concerns, or longings that brought you to therapy.
This exploration offers profound insight into who you truly are and clarifies where you genuinely want to direct your life. Through our work together, you'll gain greater self-awareness and practical strategies for navigating life's challenges with increased confidence and authenticity.
As a queer therapist, I am LGBTQ+ affirmative, polyamory and kink knowledgeable, neurodivergent-friendly, and trauma-informed. I warmly welcome individuals who identify as diverse in their sexuality, gender expression, and relationship styles, understanding the unique challenges and strengths within these communities.
I offer both in-person sessions (Margate and London) and online counselling for individuals, ensuring accessibility and flexibility to meet your needs. My approach honours your lived experience while providing the specialised understanding necessary for meaningful therapeutic growth.
Whether you're seeking support for specific challenges or exploring deeper questions of identity and purpose, I'm committed to walking alongside you with compassion, expertise, and genuine respect for your journey.
My first session
We'll begin with a brief phone conversation to discuss what's bringing you to counselling and arrange our initial meeting. Before your session, I'll email confirmation details including session time, joining instructions or directions to my therapy space, plus terms and conditions/consent form to review beforehand.
The first session lasts 50 minutes, where we'll address any questions about the forms and continue our conversation, exploring major themes from your background and identifying potential counselling goals. Since the quality of our therapeutic relationship is crucial for effective work, this session allows us both to connect and assess our compatibility.
If we decide to work together, we'll establish a regular weekly meeting time with 48 hours notice required for cancellations. We typically agree on an initial contract of five additional sessions, then pause to evaluate whether our work is progressing in your desired direction.
This structured yet flexible approach ensures you feel supported from the outset while maintaining clear boundaries that protect our therapeutic space. The initial assessment period allows natural development of trust and understanding, essential foundations for meaningful therapeutic growth.

I am currently taking on new clients and have availability days and evenings. I work online, and have done so for years, and believe it can be as effective as in-person sessions.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a Psychosynthesis Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling, working in private practice online, and in-person in Margate and London. I work primarily with women and LGBTQIA+ individuals on issues around sexuality, trauma, relationships, identity (encompassing purpose, meaning, and life transitions), anxiety and depression, professional paths, self-esteem and body issues. My aim is to help you connect with who you really are - I offer a compassionate and empathic environment in which to creatively explore difficulties as well as your ambitions and dreams.
My primary modality, Psychosynthesis, goes beyond where many therapies finish - we will not only explore 鈥渨hat鈥檚 wrong鈥, but also understand where you are, where you want to be and how to get there. My aim is to guide you to connect to your own innate health, to discover your true potential and become all that you are capable of being. The therapy is tailored to your individual needs and I draw on a range of theoretical approaches, as well as techniques from creative therapies, guided imagery, mindfulness, journaling, and embodied techniques to help you achieve awareness, emotional balance and freedom. My approach is informed by my additional training in somatic (body-related) disciplines - we will be paying attention to what is happening in your body, alongside your feelings, thoughts, imagination, and spirit.
Practice description
I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgemental, and collaborative space for you to slow down, find your resources and connect with yourself, through telling your story and exploring tools to calm, protect and care for yourself. I can help you understand how your past and present are linked to the symptoms, issues or longings that have led you to seek therapy. This can give you a deeper experience of who you are, and where you really want to go in life.
I am queer, LGBTQ+ affirmative, poly and kink knowledgeable, and trauma-informed. I happily work with people who identify as diverse in their sexuality, gender and/or relationship styles.
My first session
We will typically have a brief chat by phone to talk about what's bringing you to counselling and arrange our first session. Before your session, I will email you a confirmation of our session date and time, instructions for joining or directions to my therapy space, plus my terms and conditions and consent form to read. The first session is 50 minutes, where we will cover any questions you have on the forms, and continue the conversation - beginning to understand the major themes of your background and what your goals might be for counselling. A feeling of fit between you and your therapist is so important - this session enables both of us to get to know one another and decide on next steps. If we decide to work together, we will find a regular time each week to meet, and I will ask for 48 hours notice for any cancellation. We'd normally agree an initial therapy contract 5 more sessions and then take some time to assess whether our work is moving in the direction you would like.

About me and my therapy practice
I practice depth-oriented psychotherapy combining Psychosynthesis and Jungian analytical approaches, working online with discerning clients across Cambridge and beyond. As a Psychosynthesis Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Trainee Analyst in Jungian Psychoanalysis, I specialise in working with highly driven individuals鈥攑articularly women and LGBTQIA+ clients鈥攏avigating complex questions of identity, purpose, creative blocks, relationship dynamics, and existential transitions.
My work transcends symptom management to explore the deeper psychological currents shaping your experience. Drawing from Jung's concept of individuation and Assagioli's vision of self-realisation, we'll examine both personal and collective unconscious material, working with dreams, active imagination, and symbolic content alongside practical integration.
Psychosynthesis uniquely addresses the whole person鈥攕ubpersonalities, creative potential, and spiritual dimensions鈥攚hile Jungian principles illuminate shadow work, archetypal patterns, and the pursuit of authentic selfhood. This synthesis creates space for profound transformation rather than mere adjustment.
I integrate somatic awareness, creative expression, guided imagery, and mindfulness within a collaborative framework that honours your intellect while accessing deeper wisdom. Sessions explore both historical patterns and emergent possibilities, supporting your journey toward greater wholeness.
My approach is particularly suited to those seeking meaningful engagement with life's deeper questions鈥攃reative professionals, academics, and thoughtful individuals ready for substantive psychological work that matches their complexity and aspirations.
Practice description
I provide depth-oriented therapy for individuals seeking meaningful psychological exploration. My practice integrates the depth traditions of Jungian analysis and Psychosynthesis, creating space for rigorous exploration of unconscious dynamics alongside practical life integration.
Working exclusively online, I provide accessibility for busy professionals, academics, and creative individuals who value both convenience and therapeutic depth. Sessions respect your intellectual capacity while engaging the full spectrum of psychological experience鈥攃ognitive, emotional, somatic, and spiritual dimensions.
My approach is particularly resonant for high-achieving clients experiencing existential questions, creative blocks, relationship complexities, professional transitions, or the call toward greater authenticity. We'll work with dreams, symbolic material, archetypal patterns, and subpersonality dynamics while maintaining focus on practical application and sustainable change.
As a queer, LGBTQ+ affirmative, neurodivergent friendly, and trauma-informed practitioner, I understand the unique psychological landscapes of diverse identities and unconventional life paths. My training in somatic approaches ensures we attend to embodied wisdom alongside analytical insight.
Expect a collaborative relationship that challenges and supports in equal measure鈥攊ntellectually stimulating yet emotionally safe, theoretically grounded yet creatively flexible. This work is designed for those ready to engage seriously with their psychological development and committed to the transformative journey toward wholeness.
