Sessions are exclusively online, offering the convenience of therapy from the comfort of your home and fitting seamlessly into your schedule.

I have supported individuals from diverse backgrounds, including NHS and frontline workers, expats, and those navigating major life transitions. With experience in providing therapy to a wide range of people, I understand that no matter your circumstances, you deserve a space where you are heard, understood, and supported.
My sessions are available in English and German.
