Availability

I can be flexible with times but generally work Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am - 3pm. I also offer a limited number of evening appointments. 

About me and my therapy practice

I work collaboratively with you, placing our relationship at the heart of the therapeutic process. I am trained in integrative-relational therapy, which allows me to draw on a range of psychological theories and approaches, tailoring our work to meet your individual needs.

I typically work in blocks of sessions, where we agree on a set number of meetings and work together toward a goal that you define. Toward the end of each block, we’ll review the progress made, reflect on any changes or insights, and decide together whether to move toward an ending or continue with further sessions if needed.

Each session is designed to offer something meaningful to take away—whether that’s a new perspective, a deeper self-awareness, or a clearer understanding of how psychological concepts relate to your experiences.

I offer therapy sessions online, in person, and through 'walk and talk' sessions in local parks or green spaces, depending on what feels most comfortable and supportive for you.

I have a particular interest in working with neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism, as well as supporting individuals navigating addiction, grief, and bereavement. These areas often come with unique challenges and experiences, and I bring both sensitivity and curiosity to understanding how they shape your inner world and day-to-day life.

Practice description

I offer a warm, safe, and supportive space where you can explore what’s troubling you and begin to understand the deeper "why" behind it. Together, we’ll approach your inner world with curiosity and compassion — I’ll be genuinely curious about who you are, and I’ll encourage you to develop that same curiosity toward yourself.

Through our work, you can expect to build a stronger, more grounded sense of self, along with the confidence to face your fears and challenges more effectively.

Therapy isn’t only about getting through a crisis — it’s also a powerful tool for self-discovery and personal growth. By working with me, you can gain insight, resilience, and the emotional clarity needed to navigate life with greater ease. Ultimately, my goal is to support you in showing up more fully and authentically in the world — as your true self.

My first session

Before our first session, we’ll have a brief initial phone call to get to know each other. This is an opportunity for you to share what’s bringing you to therapy and for me to understand how I can support you from a clinical perspective. It’s also a chance for us to see if we feel like a good fit.

Our first full session will be 50 minutes, where we’ll begin to explore your goals and experiences in more depth. You’ll get a clear sense of my therapeutic style, and together we’ll start to shape the direction of our work. This session is the beginning of your therapy journey — a collaborative process grounded in trust, curiosity, and care.

Confidentiality is central to our work. What you share in therapy is private and protected. I adhere to strict ethical and legal guidelines to ensure your information is handled with the utmost care and respect.
