Welcome, I’m Andrew. I would like to support you in discovering the keys that can unlock your way to feeling better about yourself & open up your path to a future where you feel happier & more fulfilled in your life.
Childhood circumstances & events in adulthood can lead to us being undermined by self-doubt, uncomfortable in our relationships & feeling stuck in a life that is not fulfilling. There is no need to battle on alone - I offer welcoming, professional & confidential sessions where what you are experiencing can be explored in a non-judgemental way.

A little more about me - I was raised to care deeply about others wellbeing & love connecting with people. I am fascinated by what enables long term positive change & what contributes to a successful relationship. I completed an accredited training with Relationships Scotland & provide psychotherapy to both individuals & couples. Prior to this I carried out research on what leads to higher well-being for people & had roles as an award winning Project Manager.
