About me and my therapy practice
Perhaps you are feeling stressed or anxious, maybe having panic attacks? Together we can explore the triggers for your uncomfortable feelings. Life isn't always easy and there are times when we need someone to hear us. I understand how hard it can be to take that first step and make contact with a counsellor, but I truly believe that counselling ' could be the best gift you ever give yourself.'
I can help you develop understanding of panic and anxiety and hopefully help you to take the fear out of what's happening to you, which will allow you to gain more control of your life.
I can't promise to make all your problems disappear; looking at our hopes and fears isn't easy, but by working together, I hope to ease that burden and help you find a better understanding of yourself and therefore a more fulfilling and contented life.

About me and my therapy practice
I know from personal experience that anxiety and depression are horrible. They can be caused by traumatic events from the past which keep resurfacing. It could be the situation you are experiencing at present causing you to have these feelings; or just seemingly appear for no apparent reason.
I cant promise an overnight recovery but I can work with you to overcome and understand these feelings.
I work from a person centred perspective. I use elements of CBT and ACT (acceptance commitment therapy)
