About me and my therapy practice
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming. You may be feeling stuck, navigating difficult thoughts and emotions, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you. Whatever you're facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, accepted, and respected.
I'm a Íø±¬ÃÅ-registered psychotherapeutic counsellor, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches—including humanistic, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT)—to support you in a way that’s tailored to your unique needs. My aim is to help you make sense of your experiences, deepen your self-understanding, and explore new ways of relating to yourself and others.
My particular focus is on working with trauma and relationships. This includes how we relate to family, friends, partners, and the world around us—as well as the often complex and deeply personal relationship we have with ourselves. I help clients understand how past experiences, especially those rooted in early life or traumatic events, can shape these relationships and influence how they feel, think, and connect in the present.
I have extensive experience working with people from a wide range of ages, backgrounds, and cultures, including within the NHS. With a strong foundation in working with families, I bring a deep understanding of relational dynamics and the patterns we carry with us—sometimes without even realising. Together, we can begin to untangle these patterns, so you can build more authentic, meaningful connections and a more fulfilling life

My goal is to empower you to break free from unhelpful patterns and build a life that feels more connected and authentic.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome — I’m Sandra, an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, also trained in Counselling for Depression (CFD).
My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I’ll meet you just as you are — without judgment. Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you or keeping you stuck. I’m genuinely interested in your story — how past experiences may be shaping how you see yourself, relate to others, and move through life.
I work with people who feel anxious, depressed, traumatised, or stuck in all kinds of difficult relationship patterns. My aim is to help you make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface so you can feel more confident, clear, and connected to yourself.
With years of experience supporting families, I bring a deep understanding of family dynamics and the lasting impact of early relationships. I draw on this insight to help you break free from unhelpful patterns and build more fulfilling connections.
As a CFD-trained counsellor, I offer a structured and compassionate space to support you through depression — always working at your pace, with care and sensitivity.
I’ve supported people from many different backgrounds within the NHS, helping them navigate trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Having lived in several countries myself, I also understand the complexities of cultural identity and the experience of feeling between worlds.
Above all, I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen and understood. I’m here to walk alongside you — helping you reconnect with your inner strength and move toward a more grounded, meaningful life.
Practice description
As an integrative therapist, I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your emotions, understand your patterns, and make lasting change. I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions, tailoring my approach to your individual needs using techniques from psychodynamic, person-centred, CBT, gestalt, and CFD (Counselling for Depression).
With extensive experience in family dynamics and early attachments, I help clients understand how past experiences shape their current relationships and emotional responses. My goal is to support you in gaining clarity, breaking free from unhelpful patterns, and developing healthier ways to connect with yourself and others.
