Are you seeking a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and valued? I’m here to help. My approach is rooted in open, honest, and respectful communication, ensuring that you feel comfortable and empowered throughout your counselling journey.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and are provided online via the Zoom platform.
They are available Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
I do other work outside my counselling hours, so I cannot be more flexible than stated.
About me and my therapy practice
I work mainly with young adults (16–30) who are struggling with low mood, low self-esteem, and anxiety, including social anxiety and general worry. I also have experience supporting neurodiverse clients, including those with ADHD and autism.
Practice description
My approach is integrative, drawing on:
Person-Centred Therapy provides a non-judgmental, empathic space where you can be fully heard. It helps build self-trust, confidence, and clarity.
Psychodynamic Therapy – explores how past experiences and relationships influence your current emotions and patterns, helping you understand yourself more deeply.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) supports you to face difficult thoughts and feelings with openness and take meaningful steps toward your values, even in the face of challenges.
Together, we’ll find a way of working that feels right for you, helping you understand your experiences, reduce emotional struggle, and move toward the life you want to lead.
I’d love to support you on your journey. Let’s connect. 💙
If requested, I am comfortable exploring issues from a Christian perspective and working with the spiritual dimension of life.
My first session
Getting Started
I offer a free initial call or brief Zoom meeting to discuss your therapy goals, answer any questions, and see if we’d be a good fit. If we decide to move forward, our first full session will include an assessment to understand your background and help shape our work together.
Later, we will discuss your preferences for counselling. It is important to recognise your desires and expectations from therapy, as it helps us stay in sync.
I am dedicated to supporting counselling students amidst the increasing demand for new counsellors. I am offering counselling students therapy sessions for £40 per session. This rate can be contracted for the required therapy hours or any part thereof.
Please note that I am currently accredited with NCPS, but my future goal is to complete my Íø±¬ÃÅ accreditation.
