Practice description
Our lives at times may take us down a different path. That path may then become difficult to navigate. You may have experienced a traumatic event or have become overwhelmed with many things in day to day life and just looking to find a way forward.
As a Íø±¬ÃÅ registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor I work with you to find a way through. This may involve developing a better understanding of the situation you find yourself in by exploring your thinking and feeling.
My role is in helping you to help yourself.
Qualified as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor to work with a range of client groups to offer face-to-face and online therapy. I work with clients in private practice offering longer-term and time limited counselling.
I have experience in working with all client groups to overcome a traumatic event in their lives. Extensive knowledge and the ability to provide emotional support, advice and guidance with an empathetic approach, when dealing with sensitive situations.
I make a regular commitment to CPD and other relevant training, significant to the work I do, to continue delivering therapeutic counselling and achieving positive outcomes.
I can use creative methods when working with all client groups, as part of forming the therapeutic working relationship.
My first session
I offer a no fee initial session for you to meet me in person and see my practice. For me as a therapist it is important for you to get a feel for the environment I work from and also whether I may be the right person for you for ongoing therapy in the future.
