About me and my therapy practice

Are you finding life a struggle?

Perhaps you’re feeling alone, lost in your thoughts, anxious, sad, angry, fearful, overwhelmed, or facing difficulties in your relationships. Wherever you are in your life right now, I’m here for you.

I will be with you in your struggles: listening with warmth, without judgement, and supporting you as you make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Practice description

Welcome — I’m Haley

I’m a qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, offering a warm, genuine, and caring therapeutic relationship. My aim is to create a safe, comfortable, and confidential space where you feel truly heard, supported, and free from judgement.

Therapy is a space just for you, somewhere to slow down, share what’s on your mind, and begin to explore your experiences at your own pace. Together, we can gently uncover patterns, make sense of how past experiences have shaped you, and open up new possibilities for growth, healing, and meaningful change.

As an integrative therapist, I draw on both relational and developmental frameworks. This means I pay close attention to the healing potential of our therapeutic relationship, while also considering how your past experiences and relationships have influenced the person you are today. Every individual is unique, so I adapt my approach to suit your needs.

Psychotherapy can help you to develop greater self-awareness, improve your emotional and physical wellbeing and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships with others, and importantly, with yourself.

I have over seven years of experience in psychotherapy, and many more years supporting survivors of trauma and domestic abuse. I’ve worked with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, and I understand the courage it takes to reach out for support.

I offer both short- and long-term therapy, in person, from a ground-floor practice near the city centre, with easy on-street parking available.

Reaching out can feel like a big step — but you don’t have to take it alone. If you’d like to find out more, please feel welcome to contact me by phone, text, or email.

My first session

I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to find out what brings you to therapy and for you to ask any questions that you may have.

Our first 50 minute session will involve an initial assessment, it is a chance to meet in person where we can explore more of what your current situation is and what you would like to achieve from coming to therapy.  It is an opportunity to get to know each other and  whether working together feels like the right fit.

There is no obligation for you to continue if you are not comfortable.
