Currently I have a few sessions available. I always try to offer dates and timings to suit you, which is why I keep my schedule flexible. Things happen outside Monday to Friday 9-5!

About me and my therapy practice
Having experienced the benefit of therapy myself, I realise it may take huge courage to reach out. If we take that leap of faith, the positive outcomes can literally be life changing. It may be just what you've been searching for....
My approach is calm, flexible and kind. Person-centred therapy is exactly what it says. The focus is on you and your needs. Initially, the most important task is to establish and build a relationship of trust with each other. There is no time limit to achieve this as each connection is different. I will never ask you to speak of something which you are not comfortable with.

Practice description
Sessions types available are in person, by telephone or online video/chat and email. It is a safe, confidential and quiet space just for you.
We will take the time you need to become settled and relaxed.
My first session
Usually, your first session offers you the space and time to speak of your reasons for booking. This can often lead to a description of how you came to be where you are today. If this sounds uncomfortable, I can ask you some questions. My aim is for you to relax and feel safe without judgement.
