Availability

I currently have space and aim to offer flexible appointment times to fit around your daily life.

Sessions are available from 08:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with weekend appointments also possible. I work Monday to Wednesday, Friday, and weekends, and I am unavailable on Thursdays.

I understand how important it is to find a time that feels manageable and consistent, so I encourage clients to contact me directly to discuss what works best.

Sessions can take place online or face-to-face in Islington, London, depending on your preference. I usually respond to enquiries within a few days and can often offer an appointment within one to two weeks.

About me and my therapy practice

I’m an Integrative Counsellor and a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. Offering a warm, collaborative space for adults (18+) to explore life’s challenges.

My approach combines CBT techniques with relational and person-centred values, tailoring each session to your needs and goals.

I support clients with anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and those navigating stress or change. My work is inclusive and affirming for LGBTQ+ and culturally diverse clients.

My goal is to help you understand patterns that keep you stuck and develop practical ways to create change.

Together, we’ll work toward greater awareness, balance, and self-understanding, helping you move from distress to discovery.

Sessions are available online or in-person in Islington, with options ranging from short-term to long-term, depending on your goals.

Practice description

I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, so I aim to offer a calm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly.

In our sessions, you are invited to explain your concerns or problems in your own words. I integrate elements from your life experiences to build a shared understanding of your difficulties and to shape practical steps forward. My goal is to help you increase self-awareness, gain insight into the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop new ways of thinking or responding by using CBT techniques.

I often challenge clients gently to consider alternative perspectives and possibilities for change, while maintaining warmth, empathy, and respect. Over time, therapy can help you develop emotional balance, resilience, and a deeper sense of self-discovery.

Whether you are seeking short-term support or longer-term exploration, I aim to help you move from distress toward discovery, clarity, and confidence in yourself and your life.

My first session

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and explore what has brought you to therapy.

I’ll carry out an initial assessment by asking gentle questions such as when you first noticed your distress, how long it has affected you, how you’ve been coping, and what you think about your experiences and your childhood.

We’ll also discuss any risks or safety concerns, your goals for therapy, and what you’d like to achieve. This helps us gain insight into your challenges and decide how best to work together.

The session lasts 50 minutes and is charged at £50, except for a home visit.

You’re welcome to ask any questions about therapy, confidentiality, or what to expect.
