About me and my therapy practice
Do you feel stuck in cycles of anxiety or depression, knowing something needs to change but not sure where to begin? Many of the people I work with notice recurring, often dysfunctional patterns in their relationships or behaviour — often rooted in family dynamics — that leave them feeling powerless, unhappy, or unsure why they keep repeating the same cycles. You might find yourself people-pleasing, putting yourself last, or feeling trapped by how others treat you. You might be struggling with burnout and exhaustion and know that life can’t go on like this, and you’re ready for something brighter.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of approaches to meet your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore where your struggles come from, so you can gain clarity, insight, and healing. Once those roots and patterns from the past and present have been untangled, I bring in a coaching element — supporting you in making the brave steps in making meaningful and long term changes to create a happier and healthier future.
I have an interest in supporting neurodiverse adults, including individuals who have been diagnosed with or self-identify as having autism or ADHD. I particularly enjoy working with women with ADHD, helping them understand and overcome the unique challenges they experience in life.
Fees range between £60 and £75.
Training, qualifications & experience
Advanced Diploma Humanistic Integrative Counselling, CPPD, London
Foundation Course for Counsellors working in Licensed Treatment Settings or Similar, British Infertility Counselling Association
Foundation Certificate, The Minster Centre, London
ADHD and Neurodiversity Interventions for Women, Pesi
Inside Autism, The Autistic Advocate
Autism Awareness Workshop
Introduction to Counselling, Citilit London
Previous counselling experience working for Enfield Carers and counselling charity The Cogwheel Trust, Cambridge.
