About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I’m Hanna. I offer a space where you can bring whatever feels important to you—there’s no pressure to talk about anything you’re not ready to share. I believe that every person is doing their best with what they’ve got, and that we all carry the potential to live more fully and freely. Sometimes, we just need the right kind of support to reconnect with that inner strength. That’s where counselling can help.

In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. I hope you’ll find me warm, genuine, and deeply present. I’ll walk alongside you with empathy and care as you make sense of what’s going on in your life.

I may ask gentle questions to better understand your world and help you connect with your feelings—even the ones that are hard to face. Together, we’ll uncover the inner resources you already have, so you can begin to navigate challenges with more clarity, confidence, and self-acceptance.

Practice description

Where and how I work

I offer face-to-face sessions in Ealing, just opposite Ealing Broadway Station—a convenient and comfortable space to talk in person.

I also offer Walk and Talk Therapy in Lammas and Walpole Park. Rather than sitting indoors, we walk side by side while you explore whatever’s on your mind. You set the pace, choose when to stop and sit, and decide how much to engage with the natural surroundings. This approach combines the benefits of movement, fresh air, and therapeutic conversation. I’m also a certified Forest Therapy Practitioner, and I value nature as a powerful support in mental and emotional well-being. (Even the NHS recommends walking for your mental health!)

If you're not local, you can also work with me online from anywhere in the UK and Europe.

While I specialise in counselling women, I warmly welcome people of all gender identities who feel I may be the right fit for them.

I regularly take part in ongoing professional development to ensure that my work remains effective, informed, and compassionate.

My first session

Finding the right therapist matters.

My journey into therapy began with my own experience as a client. Being truly heard—without judgment, and with acceptance—was deeply transformative. I learned to ask for help and discovered that with understanding and self-compassion, not only could I change, but my relationships and surroundings changed too.

That’s why I know how important it is to feel a genuine connection with your therapist.

You might be wondering how to know if I’m the right fit for you. I offer a free initial phone call, giving you a chance to get a sense of how I work and whether you feel comfortable talking with me. It’s also a time for me to reflect on whether I’m the right person to support you with what you're going through.

If we decide to begin working together, we’ll have regular check-ins to make sure our sessions are helpful and aligned with your needs. Our first review will usually happen in the sixth session, giving you the space to reflect on how therapy is going and whether you're getting what you need from it.

About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes life feels overwhelming. You might feel stuck, isolated, or like you no longer recognise yourself. Maybe you’re navigating imposter syndrome, low self-esteem, or just trying to make sense of things that feel too heavy to carry alone.

Talking to someone who listens—without judgment—can make a real difference. Therapy can help you understand how past experiences are shaping your present, and support you in reclaiming your sense of self and potential.

I work with people from all walks of life, supporting a wide range of issues—from anxiety, depression, and life transitions to burnout, bullying, and the emotional toll of microaggressions. Many of my clients have experienced some form of marginalisation or abuse, and what they often share is the desire to be truly seen, heard, and understood.

I work from an intersectional perspective, which means I acknowledge and honour the complexity of your identity—how your race, gender, sexuality, class, and ability may intersect to shape your experiences of both oppression and privilege.

You can work with me in person in Ealing (W5), through Walk and Talk Therapy in Lammas and Walpole Park, or online from anywhere in the UK or Europe.

Sessions are available on a sliding scale from £65 to £80, offering flexibility to meet different financial needs.

My experience
