About me and my therapy practice
I鈥檓 an experienced counsellor currently working as a senior therapist and Health Inequalities Lead within an NHS Talking Therapies service, supporting adults living with anxiety and depression. Over the years, I鈥檝e had the privilege of working with people from many different walks of life, and I bring that understanding into every session.
Sessions take place in a safe, supportive, and relaxed space where you can feel truly heard. With an integrative approach, different therapeutic styles are drawn upon to suit your unique needs, helping you make sense of what you鈥檙e going through and find ways forward that feel right for you.
I also have specialist experience working with individuals and families affected by traumatic brain injury. Whether you are living with a brain injury yourself, or supporting a loved one, I provide a compassionate and understanding space to explore the challenges you face.
Practice description
Starting counselling can feel like a big step, and it鈥檚 completely natural to feel unsure about what to expect. My role is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever is on your mind at your own pace.
Every person鈥檚 story is unique, which means our work together will always be shaped around your personal experiences and needs. Rather than a 鈥渙ne-size-fits-all鈥 approach, I use different therapeutic techniques to help you make sense of your difficulties and discover new ways of coping.
Together, we鈥檒l work towards helping you feel more grounded, supported, and confident in navigating life鈥檚 challenges. My aim is that you leave each session feeling heard, understood, and one step closer to the changes you want to make.
