For clients interested, I can also provide evidence-based guidance on exercise and lifestyle changes that support mental health.

Practice description
I integrate person-centred counselling with CBT techniques to address anxiety, depression, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. What makes my practice unique is my additional training as a personal trainer – I understand how physical and mental well-being connect and can support both when appropriate.
My first session
