About me and my therapy practice

Welcome,

I understand it can be daunting in selecting and reaching out to a therapist. Emphasizing, by being on this website in this moment, you are already making your first step.

I have experience in providing counselling to a diverse group of people with a range of difficulties. I specialise, but not limited to, working with trauma, abuse, sexual violence, grief and loss, low self-esteem and confidence, stress, relationship issues, anxiety and depression.

As well as private practice, I presently work as a counsellor for a community-based charitable organisation.

I predominantly have experience in working with women who have experienced domestic abuse and sexual violence.

It can be difficult doing this journey alone:

You may feel overwhelmed with life’s challenges and struggling to cope. Do you feel stuck?

You may feel like you’re on an emotional rollercoaster; feeling anxious one moment to low the next.

You might no longer recognise yourself and think you have lost your spark. Do you feel inadequate or lack confidence?

Or perhaps, you have strained relationships or have troubles relating to others. Do you find it difficult to be your authentic self in relationships?

I am here to support you.

How I work:

I offer a safe, empathic and non-judgemental space for you to explore any difficulties, thoughts and emotions you may be experiencing. I believe you are the expert on your life therefore; I will walk alongside and guide you in reaching your own solutions. This can provide you with healing, clarity and the confidence to move forward and live a more fulfilling life.
