About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues or just feel overwhelmed? Or perhaps you feel stuck in a rut as if life is passing you by or struggle to see a hopeful future. Maybe you're just overthinking everything, replaying events from the past in your mind and caught up in negative thinking spirals.
I can help. I am a fully qualified Íø±¬ÃÅ Accredited Counsellor with over 7 years of experience, helping adults and young people (aged 18 and over) through a wide range of life challenges. I can help you to understand why you feel the way you do and support you in building resilience and making positive changes in moving forward.
My areas of expertise are generalised anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, negative thought patterns, self-doubt, overthinking, decision making, relationships, breakups, dating, work-life balance, ADHD and neurodiversity.
In addition to general counselling, I have extensive experience and further training in working with adults who are living with the lasting effects of childhood emotional, physical, or sexual abuse. Whilst we can’t change the past, it does not have to define us.
I offer a warm, friendly and confidential space. We all have things on our minds that we feel we cannot raise, even with our closest family and friends. You will find that even just being able to verbalise your thoughts, with the freedom to talk openly and freely, without judgement can be very therapeutic.
Whatever is bringing you to counselling, I will support you in exploring your current situation and help you to move forward, build confidence and motivation for change in all areas of your life such as career, relationships, health, work/life balance and finding purpose.
I believe that everyone is unique, every issue is different. I draw from different approaches, using various tools and techniques tailored to each individual
