Practice description
Part of being a professional is knowing which therapy approach suits both the person and the problem.
I use a range of techniques, mainly individual therapy, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy.
You stay in control.
I’ll suggest strategies when there’s strong evidence they could help, but the choice is always yours.
If there are options, I’ll explain the pros and cons clearly, so you can decide what fits best.
My first session
Private therapy is an investment. Therefore, our first chat is 15 minutes, and it is free.
We check we can hear and see each other, we discuss your therapy goals, and review how confidentiality works.
