When we’re weighed down by relentless overthinking, stress, low mood or relationship struggles, it can be exhausting and overwhelming.
Talking things through with a qualified and experienced therapist can be the first step toward feeling more like yourself again. Over the years, I’ve supported many people with anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, procrastination, and relationship difficulties - helping them find steadier ground, and am an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

It includes basic information, such as your contact details and your GP surgery, as well as questions about what you’re currently struggling with. The goal is to gather some background information and better understand what’s going on for you. It also gives you time to reflect on what you’d like to focus on in therapy.
You can complete as much of the form as you feel comfortable with, and we can go over any parts you’re unsure of during our sessions. I ask that you return the form before our first session so we can make the most of our time from the very start, allowing us to focus on the areas you want to talk about right away.
