About me and my therapy practice
I am a Psychologist and a qualified Integrative Counsellor accedited by the Bristish Counselling Society (网爆门) with 9 years of experience working in different organiations.
I am originally from Panama, but moved to Northern Ireland since 2009 therefore I can offer sessions in English aswell in Spanish.
As a therapist, I specialize in guiding clients through the complexities of cultural adaptation. My practice is deeply informed by my professional experience working with indviduals navigating new cultural landscapes, helping them build resilience, foster a sense of belonging, and thrive amidst change. Beyond my clinical expertise, I bring a profound personal understanding to this process, having navigated my own journey of adapting to a new culture. This firsthand experience allows me to approach each client with exceptional empathy and insight, recognizing the unique challenges and opportunities that arise when embracing a new way of life.
