Struggling with anxiety, stress or relationships? I'm an experienced psychotherapist with a down to earth approach who gets it. I take a compassionate mind-body approach to help you feel calmer, clearer and more connected to yourself and others.
I’m Nichola, a Íø±¬ÃÅ-registered psychotherapist with extensive training and experience in helping people navigate anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, and relationship challenges.

I particularly specialise in working with anxiety - and.If you’re struggling with anxiety, you’re not alone and you’re not imagining it. Anxiety can be relentless. It hijacks your thoughts, unsettles your body, and leaves you feeling overwhelmed or stuck in emotional loops that don’t seem to match the situation you’re in. It’s exhausting and often isolating. But it doesn’t have to stay that way.
I take a compassionate, mind-body approach. That means we won’t just talk about what’s going on in your head - we’ll also pay attention to how it shows up in your body and how to work with it. Together, we’ll explore patterns, deepen your self-awareness, and help you feel more connected and grounded.
I believe therapy isn’t just for crisis moments or trauma. It’s for anyone who wants to live a more connected, meaningful life. It’s about understanding yourself, relating differently to your thoughts and feelings, and building healthier relationships - with yourself and with others.
