Availability
Hello, I work mainly online (via Teams video link or telephone) as this is often more convenient for my clients; although I can see clients face to face next to East Putney Tube station (London).
Currently, I have daytime and evening availability, particularly on Mondays and Tuesdays!
About me and my therapy practice
I offer counselling that’s collaborative, flexible, and focused on helping you make sense of what’s going on. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person centred and integrative methods, adapting to your needs. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, school, college, family or relationship issues, trauma, or uncertainty about the future, I will listen carefully and together we can understand and improve your wellness!
Sessions can take place online or by phone, giving you choice and accessibility. I also use simple wellbeing tools like the GAD-7 and PHQ-9 to help track how you’re feeling and ensure you get the right level of support. When needed, I can--if you request-- liaise with schools, college, GPs, or other professionals to make sure you’re supported in all areas of your life.
Counselling can be a powerful step toward understanding yourself and feeling better able to enjoy life. If you’re under 25 and looking for support, I offer a calm, confidential space to talk, reflect, and start building the tools you need to move forward.
Practice description
I’m an MÍø±¬ÃÅ-accredited counsellor with over nine years of experience and more than a thousand client hours supporting young people under 25. Growing up can be exciting but also confusing and overwhelming — and sometimes it helps to have a space to reflect and pause.
My practice is trauma-informed and inclusive, with particular experience supporting BAME, gender-diverse, and neurodivergent young people. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore who you are, find your voice, and develop confidence in managing life.
As a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Íø±¬ÃÅ), I work within strict ethical and safeguarding standards, receive regular supervision, and continue professional development to ensure the best possible care.
My first session
My first session will include discussing my contract for counselling with you, that I will email you after the session. Then I would probably ask you about your life currently and any goals you have for the coming few months, in this way we can focus on what's important to you.
