About me and my therapy practice

Working as an experienced accredited counsellor, I combine theories and ideas together to tailor sessions to the individual and work in a way that supports your needs.

My aim is to offer you a confidential, safe space without judgement to unpack your concerns.

I have experience working with a wide variety of individuals just like you who are looking to improve their life and work through anything from depression and anxiety to bereavement and trauma. With special interests in the LGBTQ+ community, chronic illness, infant loss and menopause.

Practice description

I am a Íø±¬ÃÅ accredited counsellor with experience working in the NHS, for a national charity, with local businesses and in Private Practice. I offer both short and long term work face to face, online and by phone from comfortable, dedicated therapy rooms in both Rochester and Rainham, Kent.

Online therapy is just as good as face to face therapy, you have the same amount of time and I offer the same conditions I would if you were in the same room.

The great thing about offering a service online and by telephone is that you can access my support from anywhere in the country. I am also able t to offer flexibility to change between online, telephone and face to face if you wish, making it even easier to fit into your home and working life.

For both telephone and online video, its really important that the same conditions are given as face to face, so I would ask that you are in a safe and private space for you to be able to talk freely.

I would be working from my private therapy room for all options.
